Shipping Partner

We currently ship orders throughout South Africa using Aramex Store-to-Door courier services.

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed once payment has been successfully received and verified.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:

8–11 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Delays

While we work closely with our courier partners to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur that are outside our reasonable control.

Golfify.co.za cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date and shall not be responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier operational issues;

  • Severe weather conditions;

  • Public holidays;

  • Industrial action or strikes;

  • Natural disasters;

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer; or

  • Other events beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and, where available, tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Golfify.co.za is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information supplied at checkout.

Failed Deliveries

If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or appears to have missing items, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with:

  • Your order number;

  • Photographs of the package and products (where applicable); and

  • A description of the issue.

We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
