Refund policy

At Golfify.co.za, we strive to provide quality golf products and excellent customer service. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Returns

You may return eligible products within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.
  • The item is returned with all original packaging, accessories, and labels.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.

We reserve the right to inspect all returned items before approving a refund or exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless defective or supplied incorrectly:

  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.
  • Customised or personalised products.
  • Products specifically marked as non-returnable.
  • Items with damaged or missing original packaging where this affects resale.

3. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.

Where applicable, we will:

  • Replace the item;
  • Repair the item; or
  • Issue a refund in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

Please include photographs and your order details when contacting us.

4. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping fees may not be refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied product, Golfify.co.za will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.
  • If you change your mind or ordered the wrong product, you may be responsible for the return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning products.
